<VV> 140 Running hot ??? Help

Perimeter seal and heater hoses are properly installed?  Or heater hose 
openings blocked off?  What is "hot"?  Head temp readings are???  Rich 
running would tend to be cooler than lean running.  You sure the timing is 
right, not too retarded?

If all the above is OK, maybe you picked up a mouse house over the winter - 
blocking air flow.  Start by taking the cover plate off the oil cooler.  If 
evidence is found there, you probably need to remove the "turkey roaster" 
and clean things out.

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
