I just bought a set of the 13 inch Kumos, as they are rated as a street performance tire. I have 15 inchers on the rear.

Canadian Tire has a lot of 13 inch options. You have to go to the store for pick up. My sister called the store and ordered the special sized tire 5 weeks before she knew she needed it. If you just show up at the store, selection on 13 inch sizes will be very limited. Yes they list a lot on the web.
