Flip the differential...  don't mess with trying to flip the 
transmission.   Cut the belhousing and reweld or shop the vendors at 
meets and pick one up done already.  Others have done this 
too.   You'll need to look at the difference in the axle yoke 
locations (higher) but the wheels will turn in the right 
direction.    You'll have to do something about the bolt holes that 
mate the transmission and diff together but that's less trouble than 
trying to make a flipped Powerglide work right.
