<VV> UPS increases rates - minor Corvair

Thought everyone might like to know what UPS has done just prior to the big
holiday shipping season. Here is the news I just got from their website.
Looks like I'll be sticking with the USPS and their great flat rate boxes
and free package pickup and delivery....

"UPS published Retail Rates will change as follows*: UPS Ground service to
commercial and residential destinations will have the same transportation
charge, based on the lower commercial rate, and will increase 4.9%. The
Ground residential surcharge that was previously built into the Ground
residential rates will now appear as a separate charge on your UPS invoice."
