<VV> Price Sticker Question on 69 Monza

Hi all...a question on the '69 window sticker.  I've
never seen a scan of a 69 Corvair window sticker, but
I've ordered a blank from Clarks.

I did find a scan of a 69 Camaro sticker.  And in the
option code column, the RPO number is surrounded by
other codes.  For example, the RPO M21 4-speed stick
shift open is described as:

5M21BD

Does anyone know what the "5" and "BD" mean?  What
would they be for Corvair?
