Was just picking up some furniture at the same time a big Toyota SUV showed 
up. Had no trouble getting more into the TranSport and with much less lifting.

Did have one thought. At 8 years the minivan is starting to need new 
205x70x15s. How much power do those monster mudders on SAVs take to turn 
and will they ever wear out before rotting ?

Do have part of the answer - friend just bought a new Honda Pilot and on 
the Interstate never quite made 20 mpg. Under the same conditions the 
TranSport gets 24-25 and has a bigger engine.

Just seems absurd.
