The cast housings were '63 and '64.  Earlier bearings ('60-'62) were 
stamped.

By the way, if you "ding" the backing plate of a '61-'62 Vair, the 
later cast housing bearing will fit.   There's a stamping "rib" area 
on the earlier backing plate that gets in the way of the '63-up 
bearing.    A blunt chisel and a hammer will fix that... did it to 
mom's '61 4-door which received '64 bearings... because that's what I 
had on-hand at the time.

Unfortunately this won't work in a '60, which has a smaller hole in 
the backing plate with a thick reinforcement behind it which won't 
allow the cast housing bearing to seat into place.   ...unless you 
break out the torch or swap out the backing plate, of 
course.   ;)    Better to just use a stamped bearing in the first place.
