<VV> engine type?

My books show all V blocks as FC engines 80 hp manual trans in 1961 through 
63 and 95 hp MT in 64.  The heads are 65 110 and were also used on FC's.  
The carbs are 66 smog with a PG.

My guess is you have a 64  block with 65 heads.  To put this combination 
together it would take either 65 or later cylinders, or spacers around the 
top of cylinders.  It's really hard to tell because someone has been in the 
motor.
