>From what you can see, looks like a good place to start a restoration.  From 
what you can't see and/have not been told, there could be an unpleasant 
surprise or two.  Have you asked the seller any questions and what sort of 
response did you get?  With the unknowns, I'd probably not go over 4300 if I 
really HAD to have it.  I don't, so I'll not be bidding against you <GRIN>.
