...or the underdash 10A fuse that covers both.  Note that this ALSO is 
the fuse for the taillights and brakelights. If this fuse goes out, 
losing the dashlights is the telltale that you could have a dangerous 
situation. Have you checked the functionality of the 
taillights/brakelights?
