I cut a 9/16" wrench in two and welded it back with a 90 degree angle or
so to reach tthat #%@$ nut.

A crows foot socket may also work, but may need grinding to give more
clearance.

All paint is removeable with carb cleaner. Even hardened urethane. Carb
cleaner is siold in 5 gallon pails as paint spray gun cleaner. Clean the
carb and then repaint. Any gloss black (stock) paint will do. Urethane
holds up longer, but more difficult to apply. Tape off the chrome
hardware for a crisp look. Any color for custom look.
