Hi Doug,

The two prime suspects;

-If the bushing bolts were tightened while the suspension at full rebound
(wheels extended down), jack it up and loosen the bushing bolts off and let
it settle to normal ride height with the car weight on the tires before
re-snugging them.

-As others have mentioned, the springs may not be seated in the pockets just
right, and they will squirm their way in before too long if you drive the
car as a rule.
