I have some photos of one... it was a two-part vehicle which could
function with the front section disconnected from the rear section,
thus work as a stand-alone transport. It used a 'Vair engine,
nothing special like 140 heads, just two carbs, but did have a
radically different alt/oil filter mount housing, and was lightly
constructed for a tracked vehicle, appeared to be amphibious. It
wasn't much larger than a Jeep and looked as if it might weigh ~3000
lbs or so for the powered "tractor" section with the rear "truck bed"
section maybe weighing in at around 2000 lbs or so. The tracks
themselves appear to also be aluminum cleated, so weight saving was
evidently an issue with this vehicle.
