Being a former police officer, I can tell you if thief really wants your 
car, he's going to get it.  The best theft deterrents for classics cars 
are:  keep the car parked in a locked garage at night; never park your 
car out of your view; lastly, a tire boot/lock: 
http://www.tirelock.com/allproducts.php  An ignition and/or fuel pump 
cutoff switch, the club, removing ignition wires and so called car 
alarms will only slowdown the thief, not stop them.  Believe me, I've 
seen thieves bypass all the above.
