<VV> accel rod differences

HI Doug,

I've never had a turbo, but I can say that all the rods I've had looked 
the same.  So, there are two kinds - turbo and non-turbo.  If you are 
looking at a pile of them you should only see the two kinds, and the 
less common is what you want.  I would guess that the difference is at 
the engine compartment end.  Having made such a bold statement, if 
that's wrong, I think somebody will reply with better info!
