Sounds like you need more oil in the pan! It's sloshing over to the side,  
and probably up the pushrod tubes, flooding the rockers. And/or add pushrod tube 
 baffles to reduce this effect. Even though you're running a deep pan, you 
can  still run the oil level up to the stock level. I would guess that alone 
will  solve your problem.
