<VV> Kelsey-Hayes VS. Dayton

Depends on the wheels, but I believe that the KH wheels were "interlaced"
(the wires crossed each other) whereas the Daytona wheels were radially
laced (the wires ran almost parallel to each other, without crossing.)

In my opinion, the Dayton wheels, though non-stock on Corvairs, were
"dressier" and the KH wheels, sportier.

The Kelsey-Hayes wheels were offered as an option on the Corvair, 1962
through 1964, while the Daytona wheels were aftermarket items.

I'm sure there's more to the story between these wheels, but that's my
2-cents' worth !
