<VV> no lights

I recently completed the restoration of a 1961 Monza 900.  Everything was 
going great until one day I lost brake and tail lights.  I have changed 
headlight and dimmer switches, installed a new wiring harness in the engine 
compartment, and checked all connections.  I do have turn signals but no 
parking or dash lights.  All bulbs are new and all sockets are clean.  Has 
anyone faced this problem before, if so, what was the problem.
