You do not need a stop box and they are not safe or good on the car. They have actually been proven to be more dangerous than teir intention to slow the car down. 
   
  I would be glad to attempt to provide course design information used and promoted by the SCCA by Roger Johnson. 
   
  Please just say no to stop boxes!
