<VV> 3 Greatest Corvair Improvements

Definitely agree with 1) Bolted Flywheel  2) Viton  3) Pertronix I      The next greatest improvement is the  CU part # U -6324 , the Spring Loaded Idler w/alum pulley .  No more sling shotted belts.   Yes the screen door spring works well also.     Number 5 would have to be the quality of all the vendors' produced parts  and the painstaking detail to improving the oem stuff.   The following doesn't exactly qualify but they deserve honorable mention:  the extremely low cost, reliable  cell phone of today   and that stuff called POR 15 which does a good job in controlling rust or at least slowing its destructive progression.  Also all of you are responsible for  hundreds of improvements that make the Corvair a much better car today.  Keep those ideas flowing and your Corvairs rolling.        - Tamias  Metis
