<VV> EM trunk weatherstripping

After putting it off for a good year, I=92m going to replace the trunk
weatherstripping on my 63.  It is currently split in the front center, =
but I
recall reading that it is supposed to be offset to one side or another.
Anybody know which side is correct? =20
