I've watched this car  the last year as the  last owner tried to sell...

1  I've never seen anything that says GM  had anything to do with 
it...ENGINEER BUILT IT  ONLY

2   I'm surprised  no one remembers Bob Coffin [ Dr Yenko]  owned and raced 
this car on ROAD COURSES..

3   I only know of 2 v8 Crown kit Vairs that do well at AX's......they are 
normally ROAD CARS..think Ferrari / Corvette, etc..

4   Between Kemler, Coffin and  Marshall [ last owner 10 yrs], I believe 
$250k has been invested......to bring the car to where it sets today

5    The  drivetrain is capable of holding the 600hp.....remember Harlan 
Coburn runs a supercharged 383" SBC  in SCCA Solo! [ transaxle built by Steve 
Goodman!!!]

6  The car is capable of 150+ mph...and has been track driven and highway 
driven at those speeds...and has been driven most likey 20k miles  with the last 
owner, including  San Diego to Flagstaff in July [ 103 F]  

7  Marshall is  now into Off  Road racing because of no real place to run the 
car regularily!  Common in SoCal!  Why I no longer own my HKS Turbo Supra and 
my Crown car has 4.11  overall gearing [ 115 mph TS]

And YES!   This seller is a DEALER  and knows how to run an auction......1st 
bids were $5k!   bet it goes to 40k!
