<VV> Seatbelts

Trying to determine where to install the rear seatbelts in the 65
convertible.  Lap belts only, no shoulder straps.  Haven't found anything
useful in the archives or on the forum.  Archives did have some truly
interesting stuff on what individual state requirements are and which belts
are correct for which model.  Would really appreciate some specifics on the
best place to install them.  (Should have bought a 66!)
