<VV> PG modulator valve

It has wrench flats that a 1" very thin wrench will fit. Buy the 
cheapest 1" combination wrench you can find and grind it thin to fit. 
Waay back you could buy thin cheap wrenches at five and dime stores...

I'm sure for $$$ Snap-On will sell you the proper tool! :-)
