Or build your shop and off to the side, put a family room, kitchen, bathroom 
and bedroom.. With no wife, and you wouldn't have one for long, you don't 
need all that house Stuff.. Why do you need a dining room when you eat over 
the sink? Arrange so you can see the plasma TV from the garage thru the 
glass doors to the house...Don't need no stinkin living room where no one 
goes... not even company-and the only company you will have will be 
garage-friendly... ;>)))))))))))))))))))
