<VV> Econo and TSD

Some one mentioned that the "rules' prohibit combining the Econo Run and the rally.  Who wrote these "rules"?  Moses bring them down along with the ten commandments?  They can and should be changed.  Didn't you notice all the messages about how unsafe the Run is by people who have particpated?

Until it was specified that each of the two activities have it's own day,  
often the rally took you from the hotel to a foreign point, you gassed up and  
the Econo-run brought you back to the hotel.  One day, two events. -  Seth
