I was taking a stab in the dark with the PG number, and it looks like
you have the code broken down right, Kent.
 
But on the VIN, the first number 1 after the W is the designation for
Chevrolet, 
leaving the rest of the number as 64,015. Being only 64,000 into the
year's production, dividing by five months, would place it in December
of 63, since production started up each year in August, I think.
