I think you're in over your head......the Transmission has nothing to do with 
the engine screaming at 70 mph.....it's the differential gearing!

As Always, I'll suggest buying a completed car....they are always several 
available.....and as with any stocker / mild Custom, Performance Vair......you 
cannot build one for twice what you can buy one for!
