I would only register my car with someone I trust. 
I've had numerous conversations with Mark Ellis and
he's well known to be a trustworthy source for
Corvairs, especially 69s, so I was comfortable
registering my 69 with him.

The corvairregistry.com website doesn't even work. 
Caveat emptor!
