I want to thank everyone who signed the card for Don Schneider at the
Performance Workshop.
I took a 400 mile detour home today and took the card to him in Canton.  He
was pretty groggy from all the medications they are giving him but he was
appreciative of the card and how many signatures were on it.
He is going have a long painful recovery from the broken neck and heart
surgery issues so the Friends of Corvair Chapter in Canton will be a great
help in supporting him.
His grandson who was driving the car has come out of the coma and it appears
he will recover.
Alice was buried in a small cemetary not far from their house yesterday.
Thanks to Ray Fallot and Bob Norwalk for staying with Don in the hospital
while the service was going on.  A sad time when you can't attend your own
wife's funeral.
