<VV> Corvair Ownership

Since I have a position of "leadership" and "political correctness"
as membership chairman, I have had many a bloody tongue and lip the
past 2 years or so. You my friend are as they say "spot on" in your
words and assessment of the situation. I love having new members of
the Corvair community enter the ownership ranks and then begin to
understand the pleasures and pains of the collector
car owner. Many soon realize just how lucky they are to have chosen
the Corvair with the variety of vehicles and owners within their
marque and the wonderful support given them by the vendors of Corvair
parts. They soon learn of local Corvair chapters and owners
with whom they can share knowledge and obtain answers. Many attend
local car shows and cruise-ins for the first time and then
have the experience of an International Corvair convention. Others,
less fortunate, fall by the wayside and never taste the true joy of
the fellowship within the Corvair community. This is and has been sad
but true and hopefully the majority of new and first time Corvair
owners this year will join us in ownership and enjoyment of our local
clubs and CORSA.
