Connie, on that same page, scroll down to the gray table at the bottom.  The
first option is Mail Delivery, select the button for disable.  When you come
back, click on enable.

I went to the options page on VV as I thought I previously saw a way to put
your subscription on vacation mode.  Is there a way to do this or do I need
to unsubscribe and then re-subscribe?

 

As a newbie, the recent negativity of the posts is wearing me out and I need
a break.  Even just seeing the subject lines are stressing me now!
