Well I'm jealous. I will paraphrase an old saying. Just insert boat where I
have put lift.

"There is only one thing better than owning a lift and that is having a good
friend who owns a lift"

Having been in both situations.....owning a lift is infinitely better (being
the one delivering the sentence that begins with "Sorry..." is one hell of a
lot better than being the one it's being said to!).  You'll never understand
until you do!  Best $1500 I've EVER spent!
