<VV> Early Spyder fuel return

Hi Ron.

	I'd humbly disagree with you on that one.  Other VV turbo owners
(including me) reported YH carbs that flood at idle if the return line
was clogged.  I chose to use the regulator and maintain the return line.
It enabled me to return the float level to spec and I can idle without
flooding.

The fuel return line has nothing to do with regulating fuel pressure,
it's 
only purpose is to allow the fuel pressure to bleed down after the
engine is 
turned off without it leaking into the carburetor and flooding it.
