I am trying to salvage what I can from a very nice 140 engine that 
dropped an intake seat.  A couple photos are here:

Yes, the piston is trash.  The seats had been staked with a punch, BTW. 
  If at all possible, get all new seats, not just intakes or exhaust.  
For a set of undisturbed heads, the set screw method appears to be 
sufficient, but you need to be comfortable with your skills.  See this
