How far can a main bearing bore go out of round?  I'm guessing .002 at most.
You would only have to surface the block halves a few thousands each and
rebore.  Since a normal screw clearance is .030 it wouldn't even be noticed
unless the block holes were .028 out of true location in the first place.
Unlikely as there are bushings guiding the drill for hole location.  At
worst just enlarge the holes in the covers and oil pan by a few thou.  No
big deal.
