<VV> Pwrslyde shift cable

I may have found a clue in the "backwards" hole's origins -- seems there 
was an earlier design shift cable, but they had trouble with the ear it 
bolted to breaking and/or cracking, requiring case replacement in 
warranty (or factory assembly) repair. Both case and cable were altered, 
but perhaps not the front crossmember -- looks like the earlier cable 
wouldn't have to have been twisted 180º, but only about half that.  See 
page 6E-6 & 7 in the 1960 Shop Manual -- note it looks like a round hole 
in the sketch of the crossmember, though.
