<VV> HELP HORN NOT WORKING

Define 'current'.
Short the green and red leads on the relay connector together. The horn 
should blow. If not, horn(s) or horn wiring are bad.
If it does blow, ground the tan lead (relay connected).
Still works, then the issue is the horn contact in the steering wheel. 
Doesn't work; bad relay.
