Howdy,

According to Hollander  '65-6 doors and hinges, '67 door all alone, '68 door 
all alone, '67-8 upper hinge same, '67 lower hinge only, '68 lower hinge 
only.
This is from a '68 book so some of the interchanges for the last few years 
are not as complete.
