<VV> Weight of an engine?

Another newbie question:

What is the weight of a stock engine, complete with transmission ?  OR
Is carrying said engine a few hundred feet readily ackomplished by two 
average build men?

one I'm thinking about is owned by Terry Wilburn in Ypsilanti.
Does anyone know Terry or this truck?
Is it worth traveling from Philly to Detroit to get one of these or can I 
reasonably expect to find a decent local one?
