Now that I'm home and can see my copy of the Clark's catalog, I don't think the Eastwood part I quoted you is what you need.  The Eastwood part will tighten the headlight switch bezel (CU2529) and it looks like you need something to tighten what they call the headlight switch nut (CU3622).  It's been a few years since I removed the dash for repainting so I'm not exactly sure how I R&R'ed that nut.  Probably with long, fine-pointed needle-nose pliers, with the points jammed into the holes in the nut.  At least that's how I'd do it today....
