Well put, one thing that kept me at it at  a while back was 
people who did not draw an age line, amongst others who did.  Ran across 
some  "Im older, been there done that, why should I bother" mentalitly.
Then there are plenty who it makes no difference too.
Even though many of my friends in the 
hobby are retired, and I am 26 now.
