<VV> Throwout bearing. (was clutch revisited)

Hi,

Baby is slowly going back together. Hopefully off the jack stands later 
this week... if all goes well.

One question, should I lub the snout the throwout bearing rides on and 
if so with what?

P.S used the "bread method" to remove the pilot bearing and it worked great!
