<VV> loose exhaust tube in head

I would suggest that if you will be driving your car with all of the windows up and the heater or defroster on, then you want to correct the loose exhaust tube.  If you are only driving in the warm weather and at least you have the no-draft windows open, then just leave it.
  Now for the fix:  warm up the head in your oven to about 250F; your wife probably won't like that, but it should be done, remove the tube, it should just pull out, or rotate it as you pull it out.  Let it cool and then paint the area on the tube that fits into the head with a couple of coats of high heat aluminum paint; reheat the head and tap in the tube using a block of wood against the end of the tube.  Make sure that you have the tube oriented in the correct location.
