<VV> Stripped out helicoil

I just had this happened and I asked about oversize inserts.  Nobody
seems to have them that big.  I tried to MacGyver my own but couldn't
drill straight enough.

My old block is going to become part of a dummy drivetrain.  Oh well.
At least it's not scrapped.
