looks like it may be a late turbo motor..tail pipe , alternator , fan ,  etc. 
 65 hubcaps , 64 caps in trunk , 64 door panels , who knows , but it  would 
not be a foul weather car , unless you made a hard top or something for  it.  
another unfinished dream...?? anyhow i bet you can find $1800 in parts  on it 
or more.
