Yeah, it has two oil fillers, so what?  - Chevy's universal  replacement 
block had the provision for the lower tube and 64-5 164 FC blocks  had it too.  
NBD IMHO.  What's interesting to me is the engine stand -  Either it's picking 
up both ends of the motor or it is holding from the  rear.
