Smitty says: Yes I can see why you Late owners need front spoilers on your cars. At highway speeds very unsettled and drifty, responding to every nuance of side wind. Frightening to be passed by a semi or big RV. I would imagine a very deep dam like NASCAR coming to fractions of an inch from the pavement would be a big help. Might even make one controllable by an average person.
Please don't respond with any horror stories about Earlies. Anyone can make up a lie.
Had a great time at Myrtle Beach. The folks there put on a good show and some very interesting cars were present. It was neat to go strolling on the beach while a large portion of the country is still shivering with winter. Wagon ran great at 70-75 while getting over 20 mpg. Stable as a rock at any speed.
BTW the Chuckster miscounted. The wagon has had 1965 engines in it since early 90s.
