<VV> Converting backup lights to tail lights

Not so simple on an early.  The backup light housing is not identical to the
tail light housing.
First you have to remove the single filament socket and install a new double
filament socket.
You can't put another tail light housing in the backup hole as the socket
faces forward, which interferes with the inner panel.  You could just use
the backup light as a brake light by changing the lens but not as a tail
light and brake light.
