<VV> 69 interior

Only the body tag would tell for sure. But I highly doubt it. Special
orders usually were highline cars, like the Monza, and usually only
apply to paint color or maybe certain options. Even if it were possible,
a special-order for fabric upholstery would probably only be found on a
Monza, and certainly NOT on a 500.
